Laurie Felt - Los Angeles will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise by mail.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition with tags attached
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
- Item/s marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
We will credit you for returns received within 15 days of the purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment. For gifts that are returned and are received within 15 days of the transaction date, you will receive an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender. Returns made more than 15 days after the purchase, will not be accepted.
RETURNING BY MAIL
OPTION 1: Complete the steps to return your selected items
- Click the link below to start your return
- Print the prepaid return label
- Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition, and include your printed return invoice
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown
- Once your package is ready to be shipped, give it to your local UPS carrier or drop it off at the nearest UPS location
OPTION 2: Return the package on your own
- Pack up your item(s)
- Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Pay the return postage at the time of shipping

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Currently, we can only process returns not exchanges. Once your package is received, a refund will be credited (shipping at the time of checkout will not be refunded). You will not be charged for the return label shipping. We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 10-15 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note our teams are working remotely and working business days vary. You will receive an email once the return is complete.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Laurie Felt values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email us email@example.com. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with return instructions. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
