We're sorry your purchase didn't work out. Laurie Felt is standing by to help with your return. 

Laurie Felt - Los Angeles will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise by mail within 30 days from receiving your item(s).  

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
  • Item/s marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

RETURNING BY MAIL

OPTION 1: A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders

  • Use the packing list included in your shipment to specify if you would like a return or an exchange
  • Pack up your item(s)
  • Drop off your shipment at UPS
OPTION 2: Return the package on your own
  • Pack up your item(s)
  • Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Pay the return postage at the time of shipping
  • Ship to the following address:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

Currently, we process returns following the above criteria OR exchanges for the same item in a different size or color/wash. Exchanges will be completed within a week of receiving the request. Once your package is received, a refund will be credited (shipping at the time of checkout will not be refunded). You will not be charged for the return label shipping. We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 10-15 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note our team responds during business hours which are Monday-Friday from 10-5. You will receive an email once the return is complete.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Laurie Felt values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please email us orders@lauriefelt.com

 A Customer Service Representative will provide you with return instructions. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
